Office Hours:
Mondays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Appointments are generally scheduled on the hour. The first session is 60 minutes for babies and 90 minutes for adults. First appointments typically need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

Insurance: I am a preferred provider with Regence, Premera, Aetna and First Choice (I am not part of Molina, Cigna, United Healthcare, or Kaiser)
