Information for New Patients
Booking your First Appointment
My office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. I generally see patients on the hour. The first session is 60 minutes for babies and 90 minutes for adults. Follow-up visits will be 60 minutes long. You can request your first appointment by completing a simple online form.
Insurance: I am a preferred provider with Regence, Premera, Aetna and First Choice (I am not part of Molina, Cigna, United Healthcare, or Kaiser)
** Please reschedule your appointment if you or your child are feeling sick close to the appointment time.

If you have additional records you would like to share, I would be happy to see them when you come. You can sign the release for sharing records on the registration page at your first visit, or, if you would prefer, you can print copies of these forms and bring them with you. I will review your paperwork briefly with you at that time, as well as do a thorough assessment of your particular condition.
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
How long will a session last?
First sessions are usually 60 minutes long for babies and children and 90 minutes long for adults. Follow-up visits will be 60 minutes long.
What should I wear?
Craniosacral Therapy is done fully-dressed, usually lying on a massage table on your back. Individual needs for additional positioning aids, such as pillows, or receiving treatment side-lying are possible.
How do I prepare my child?
It can be challenging for babies and small children to settle down. Bringing a special “lovey", book or toy to calm your child will help. If you are bottle feeding, please bring a full bottle with you as infants should breastfeed or bottle feed during a treatment.

The building is in the corner of Roosevelt Way and 95th Street NE, the entrance to the parking lot is off of 95th. You may also park on Roosevelt Way or on 95th street.
